Andreas West, Master Business Administration & Computer Science

 

Andreas West is Head of Base Management and part of the Senior Management Team of Vodafone Libertel b.V., at the world's second largest telecom service provider Vodafone with 206.4 million customers (end of March 07) and has more than 14 years of experience within CRM, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence as well as being a regular conference speaker. Currently situated in Maastricht, Netherlands he's heading the four departments:

- Loyalty, Usage Stimulation and Retention
- Customer Insight
- Campaigning, Capabilities and Fulfillment
- Reporting, Planning and Analysis

Before moving to Vodafone Netherlands he worked at Vodafone Germany as Head of CRM and Business Intelligence, building several strategic and operative segmentations and more than 30 scoring models to improve churn prevention & retention as well as boost take rates on product & tariff offers, helping them reach more than 30.8 (end of March 07) million customers.


Previously he was consulting as a CRM Subject Matter Expert for the worlds largest management consultancy Accenture and as a Business Consultant for NCR Teradata working in international projects in the US and EMEA at world leading companies.

After finishing his Master in Business Administration and Computer Science he worked 5+ years for the world biggest private bank Citibank in the Credit and Marketing Department.
